How do I add design photos and a special note for the factory?

In New order, choose the photos under Customer's photos and write anything the factory must not miss in the red Special Note for Sewing & Cutting box. Both go to the factory with the order.

Where to find it

Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Seller orders › New order (a seller: My Orders › New order). The same boxes are there when you edit an order.

Step by step

1. Open New order and fill in the order.
2. Under Customer's photos, press the file box and choose the photos. On a phone you can pick from the gallery or take a photo.
3. Small previews show under the box. Choosing again replaces the chosen set.
4. Write the factory note in Special Note for Sewing & Cutting, for example "Sleeve 2 inches longer than size 42".
5. Press Submit Order (or Save order when editing).

How it works

• Photos: up to 20 per order: the product, the fabric or colour, the customer's screenshot. Large photos are made smaller for quick viewing, and the original is kept too.
• On the order page the photos show in Photos. Tap one to open it full screen, swipe through them, zoom in or download. The factory sees the same photos when it finds the order.
• The customer's video: tick Video included, paste a link, or upload up to 2 videos from the phone, in the same part of the form. See How is the customer's video added to an order?
• On the factory card (print, Factory only (no money)) the photos show large, with the special note in a red box. The factory card has no prices.
• On the A4 print the photos fill the rest of the page and the special note shows in a red box too, because the factory also works from this page. Click a photo to leave it out of that print; the other photos get bigger.
• The special note is for the factory. It is not sent to the courier.
• The Delivery note is different: it goes to the courier with the parcel.

Remove a photo

1. Open the order from Seller orders (or My Orders).
2. In the Photos box, open Remove a photo and press remove under the photo.
3. Confirm. The photo is deleted.

Good to know

• A seller can add or remove photos while the order may still be changed: their own order, within a week, until it is booked on the courier. After that the office can.
• Photos saved with a scheduled order come along when you submit it.
• Each photo can be up to 8 MB when you choose it.
