How do I use the Product report?

The Product report shows how many pieces of each product were ordered on your website, at what price and for how much in total. Pick an order status and dates to see, for example, what was delivered last month.

Where to find it

Admin › Online store › Store reports › Product report (স্টোর রিপোর্ট).

The owner always sees it. Staff need the Order & product reports tick, which the Admin and Manager roles get by default.

Step by step

  1. Open Product report.
  2. Pick a Status, for example Complete for orders that reached the customer.
  3. Pick From and To dates. Fill in both; the report uses the order's date.
  4. Press Submit.
  5. Press Print if you want it on paper.

How it works

Each row shows:

Column Meaning
Product Name The product
Product Price The price it was sold at
Product Quantity How many pieces were ordered at that price
Total Price Price × quantity

The Total row at the bottom adds up the pieces and the money.

One product can have more than one row. If you sold a kurti at ৳1,450 in the first week and at ৳1,250 during an offer, you see two rows for it, one for each price. Add them up for the product's full count.

Good to know

  • Without filters, the report counts orders of every status, cancelled and returned ones too. Pick a status for a true picture, such as Complete for what was sold and delivered.
  • Run it twice to compare. Run it once for Complete and once for Return with the same dates to see which products come back most.
  • Only website orders are counted. Orders your sales team enters for your Facebook pages are not in this report.
  • For one row per order line with the customer and invoice number, use the Order report. It also has Export.

Example: "Rangdhanu Fashion" picks Complete, From 1 September, To 30 September and presses Submit. It sees that its blue three-piece sold 42 pieces, more than any other product, and orders more fabric for it.

Common problems

  • "No data found". No order lines match the filters. Check both dates and the status.
  • The numbers look too high. You probably have no status chosen, so cancelled and returned orders are counted too. Pick Complete.
