The order and product reports open for anyone with the Order & product reports tick. The money reports (Profit & loss, Month summary, Business history, payments and profit) stay with the store owner (Super Admin). No tick opens them for staff.
Where to find it
The store reports are in Admin › Online store › Store reports (স্টোর রিপোর্ট). The money reports are in Admin › ERP › Accounts Department (হিসাব বিভাগ).
You choose who sees what in Admin › Administration › Users & access › Users & logins. Open the person and look at the ticks in the Overview and ERP groups.

Good to know
- Roles that start with the report tick: Admin, Manager and Marketing Manager. It is "Can be given" for Supervisor, Store Manager, Moderator and Data Entry Man.
- Money ticks are marked "Owner only" on the form: Payments & profit (owner) and Money overview (owner). They open for the Super Admin only, even when ticked for staff.
- The Telegram owner's report goes to every chat on the Telegram alerts page, not by role. Add only people who may see those numbers.
- A change to someone's ticks works from their next page.
Example: at "Rangdhanu Fashion" the store manager needs to know which products sell. The owner ticks Order & product reports for her and leaves the money ticks empty. She sees the Order report and Product report, but no profit.
Common problems
- A staff member cannot find Store reports in the sidebar. They do not have Order & product reports or Products & stock. Add the tick and press Save.
- They see Order report but not Best sellers. That person also needs Products & stock.
