The Order report lists your website orders line by line: one row for each product in each order, with the customer, phone, address, quantity and line total. Filter it by status and dates, then press Export for an Excel file or Print for paper.
Where to find it
Admin › Online store › Store reports › Order report (স্টোর রিপোর্ট).
The owner always sees it. Staff need the Order & product reports tick, which the Admin and Manager roles get by default.
Step by step
- Open Order report. It starts with every order line, newest first, 100 rows to a page.
- Pick a Status, for example Complete or Return.
- Pick From and To dates. Fill in both; the report uses the order's date.
- Press Submit.
- Press Export to download
order_report.xlsxwith the same filters. - Or press Print to print the page you are looking at.
- Press Reset to clear the filters and start again.
How it works
Each row shows Invoice No, IP Address, Customer, Phone, Address, Product, Quantity and Total (unit price × quantity). Click an invoice number to open that order in a new tab.
An order with three different products shows as three rows. So the report answers questions like "which customers bought this item last week?" as well as "what did we sell this month?".
Total Amount at the bottom adds up the rows on the page you are looking at. For the total of a long list, use Export and add up the Total column in Excel.
Good to know
- Search finds an invoice number or a product name. Use it on its own: for a status and date report, leave Search empty.
- The Excel file has the same columns as the screen: Invoice No, IP Address, Customer, Phone, Address, Product, Quantity, Total.
- Only website orders are in this report. Orders your sales team enters for your Facebook pages are counted in ERP › Sales Department and on the CEO dashboard.
- For how many of each product sold, use the Product report instead.
Example: "Rangdhanu Fashion" picks Complete, From 1 October, To 31 October, presses Submit, then Export, and sends the file to its accountant.
Common problems
- "No data found". Your filters match no orders. Check that both dates are filled in and that the status is right, or press Reset.
- The link is missing in the sidebar. Ask the owner to tick Order & product reports for you in Users & logins.
