Open Best sellers. You get the Best Selling Product List: your most-ordered products in the usual product list, with an extra Total Order column that shows how many pieces of each have been ordered so far.
Where to find it
Admin › Online store › Store reports › Best sellers (স্টোর রিপোর্ট).
The owner always sees it. Staff need the Products & stock tick to see the link, and the Order & product reports tick to open the page.
Step by step
- Open Best sellers.
- Look at the Total Order column at the right of each row.
- To find one product, type part of its name, description or SKU in Search... and press Submit.
- Click a product's edit button in the Action column to change its price, photos or stock.
How it works
Each row shows the same columns as All products: Product, Sku, Image, Type, Category, Sell Price, Stock, Visibility, Priority and Recommended, then Total Order.
Total Order counts every piece of that product in your website orders, from the first order until today, whatever happened to the order later. A cancelled or returned order still counts.
Because the list looks like your product list, you can act on a best seller right there. For example, tick a few rows and press Active (Recomm) to show them as recommended products on your shop.
Good to know
- For a period or a status, use the Product report. It counts pieces sold between two dates, and you can pick a status such as Complete so cancelled and returned orders are left out.
- Check the Stock column. A best seller with little stock left is the first thing to reorder.
- Only website orders count here. Orders your sales team enters for your Facebook pages are not included.
- The list shows 30 products to a page.
Example: "Rangdhanu Fashion" opens Best sellers before Eid, sees that its printed lawn three-piece has a high Total Order but only 6 in Stock, and adds stock the same day.
Common problems
- The page says you are not allowed. Ask the owner to tick both Products & stock and Order & product reports for you.
- A product you expected is not there. Check its sales in the Product report with the dates you have in mind.
