Open the parcels list, choose the tab and filters you want, then press Download (Excel / CSV). The file holds exactly the parcels in that list, with all its filters, and opens in Excel.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Courier & parcels › All parcels, button Download (Excel / CSV) at the top.
Anyone who can see the parcels list can download it. Each person gets only the parcels they are allowed to see: a seller only their own pages, and Admin, Manager and Courier Manager only as far back as their role allows.
Step by step
- Open All parcels.
- Click a status tab, for example Cancelled or Missing at Steadfast, or stay on All.
- Set the filters: Search, Page, Courier and the booking dates. Press Filter.
- Press Download (Excel / CSV).
- Open the file in Excel or Google Sheets.
Good to know
- The file name says what is in it, for example
parcels-cancelled-2026-10-30-184500.csv. - Columns: Booked, Invoice, Parcel ID, Tracking code, Page, Customer, Phone, Address, COD asked, COD collected, Delivery charge, Status, Last update, Last message, Payout, Paid on, and Same invoice also booked.
- Bangla names stay readable in Excel, and phone numbers keep their leading 0.
- Page shows the page code, or "Website" for website orders.
- Same invoice also booked lists any other parcel booked with the same invoice, with its status and date. It helps you check double bookings.
- Every parcel in the list goes into the file, not just the 50 on the screen.
- A payout's parcels: open a payout from Payouts (owner only) and press Download to get the parcels that payout paid for.
Example: At the end of the month, Rangdhanu Fashion opens Cancelled, sets the dates to last month and downloads the list to call each customer who refused a parcel.
Common problems
- The file has fewer parcels than you expected. Check the tab and filters on the list first; the file follows them. Your role may also limit how far back you see.
- The file is empty except the header row. The list had no parcels with those filters. Press Clear and try again.
