The small grey (X%) beside each card's main number shows how big that number is next to everything booked with the courier in the dates you picked. A card in taka is compared with the booked taka. A card that shows parcels is compared with the booked parcels.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Courier & parcels, on the number cards at the top. The same cards, with the same (X%), are on the CEO dashboard.
Everyone who opens the Courier page sees it. Who sees taka and who sees parcel counts depends on the role (see Good to know).
How it works
Rangdhanu Fashion picks this month. Booked with courier shows ৳2,00,000 for 160 parcels.
- Delivered shows ৳1,50,000, so it says (75%).
- Pending amount shows ৳12,000, so it says (6.0%).
- Cancelled / returned shows ৳30,000, so it says (15%).
Under 10% the share has one decimal (6.0%, 0.4%). From 10% up it is a whole number. When a number is zero it says (0%).
Point at the (X%) to see what it is a share of, for example "share of ৳2,00,000 booked in these dates".
Outside booking and Missing at Steadfast follow your dates too. They count parcels booked in the dates you picked (before November 2026 they counted all time), so their (X%) is a share of the same booked total as the other cards. Missing at Steadfast in taka is compared with the booked taka; Outside booking is a parcel count, compared with the booked parcels.
Good to know
- Nothing booked, no %. If nothing was booked in the dates, the (X%) is hidden on every card that follows the dates.
- Taka or parcels. The store owner (Super Admin) sees taka, and a seller sees taka for their own pages. Other staff (Admin, Manager, Courier Manager and the rest) see parcel counts, so their (X%) is a share of booked parcels.
- Charge cards. Delivery charges and COD charges show a % only when a charge was recorded in the dates. Only the Super Admin sees these cards.
- One courier at a time. If you open one courier's tab, the % is a share of that courier's booked total.
- It is not the success rate. The success rate under Delivered counts finished parcels only. The (X%) compares with everything booked, including parcels still on the way.
