These four cards on the Courier page answer two questions: how much money is still to come, and how much did the courier keep. They count the parcels booked in the dates you picked, the same parcels as the tabs below.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Courier & parcels, on the number cards at the top.
- Pending and Partly delivered: everyone who opens the Courier page.
- Delivery charges and COD charges: the store owner (Super Admin) only, like the Steadfast balance.
How it works
Pending amount. Parcels still with the courier, not delivered or cancelled yet. The owner sees the taka still to come and the number of parcels. A seller sees the taka for their own pages. Other staff see the number of parcels only, with the title Pending. Press the card to open the Pending tab for the same dates.
Partly delivered amount. Parcels where the customer took only part of the order. The big number is what the courier collected. Under it you see what those parcels were booked for and how much less came in.
Example: Rangdhanu Fashion has 3 partly delivered parcels this month, booked for ৳9,000. The courier collected ৳6,500. The card shows ৳6,500, and under it "3 parcels · booked ৳9,000 → collected ৳6,500 (৳2,500 less)". Staff without the money view see the title Partly delivered and the count, 3.
Delivery charges. The delivery charge the courier took for the parcels booked in these dates, with the number of parcels that have a charge.
COD charges. The cash-on-delivery fee the courier took. It adds two things without counting anything twice:
- the charges on Steadfast's payouts paid in these dates;
- each parcel's own COD charge, for parcels not in those payouts.
A parcel's COD charge is kept when the courier's live update, a payout list or an imported file carries it.
Good to know
- "—" means nothing recorded. Delivery charges shows — when no charge is recorded in the dates. COD charges shows — when nothing was taken in the dates. It never shows a made-up number.
- One courier's tab. On a courier's own tab the cards count only that courier. Steadfast's payouts are added only on the all-couriers or Steadfast view.
- The (X%) beside each number is its share of the dates' booked total.
- The CEO dashboard shows the same cards.
Common problems
- COD charges shows — but you paid fees. No payout was paid and no parcel brought its COD charge in these dates. Pick wider dates, or check Payouts on the Courier page.
- You do not see the charge cards. They are for the Super Admin only.
