How do I set each page's monthly target?

Open Seller bonus, go to the Monthly targets (delivered taka) card, pick the month, write a target for each page and press Save targets for that month. A target is the delivered taka you expect from that page in the month.

Where to find it

Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Seller bonus, the Monthly targets (delivered taka) card at the bottom. Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees it.

Step by step

1. Open Seller bonus.
2. In Monthly targets (delivered taka), use the month picker to choose the month. You can choose a coming month too.
3. Write a target in taka next to each page.
4. Leave a box empty to use that page's own standing target instead (it shows in grey inside the box, or "no target").
5. Press Save targets for the month. The message says the targets for that month are saved.

Where the target is used

• The seller's My Bonus. Each page shows "This month's target (delivered amount)": what is delivered so far against the target, a progress bar, how much is left and how much a day that needs on average. Taka still on the way is shown apart, as it counts only once delivered.
• The owner's evening report on Telegram. It lists the sellers behind the month's pace: delivered so far compared with the part of the target due by that day. For example, with a ৳90,000 target in a 30-day month, by the 10th a page should have ৳30,000 delivered.

Good to know

• Two kinds of target. The page's standing target is set once on Sales team › Pages & people (Monthly target ৳) and is used every month. A target written here is for one month only and wins over the standing one.
• Delivered taka means what the courier collected on parcels booked that month, plus any advance written on the seller's order. Partly delivered parcels count what was collected plus the advance; cancelled ones count nothing.
• Targets do not change who wins the bonus. The race is decided by delivered taka alone.
• Only active pages are listed.
• To remove a month's target, clear the box and save. The page goes back to its standing target.

Common problems

• A seller says "No target set for this month yet". Neither a monthly target nor a standing target exists for that page. Write one here, or on Pages & people.
• The evening report has no "behind" list. Pages without a target are skipped. Also check that the owner report is switched on in Telegram alerts.
