What are "Invoice codes not linked to a page"?

Every parcel is put on a sales page by the letters at the start of its invoice, for example RF in "RF1023". Invoice codes not linked to a page lists the codes that no page has yet. Choose the right page for each code and press Link, and its parcels move to that page.

Where to find it

Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Courier & parcels, near the bottom of the Courier page, on All couriers or the Steadfast tab. The box shows only when there are codes to link.

The owner, Admin, Manager, Marketing Manager and Courier Manager see it and can link codes.

How it works

  • The code is read from the invoice. The letters before the number count: "RF1023", "rf-1023" and "RF 1023" all give RF. An invoice that is only a number (like a website order's) has no code.
  • A page always knows its own code. A page with the code RF gets every "RF…" parcel by itself.
  • Extra codes. If your team also writes other letters for the same page, for example RFS or RANG, those parcels have no page until you link the code.
  • Why it matters. Parcels on the right page count in By page and seller for the right page and the person running it, and the seller sees them.

Step by step

  1. Open Courier & parcels and scroll to Invoice codes not linked to a page.
  2. Click a code to see its parcels first, if you are not sure whose they are.
  3. In Which page?, choose the page.
  4. Press Link. You see, for example, "RFS linked — 42 parcels moved to the page."

Good to know

  • Codes with only 1–2 parcels are listed in one line as "likely typing slips". To link one of them, open Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Sales team, press Pages & people, edit the page and add the code in Other codes on courier invoices.
  • One code, one page. Linking a code to a page removes it from any other page.
  • New parcels follow by themselves. Once a code is linked, new parcels with that code land on the page as they come in.
  • Not matched. Parcels with a code no page has show as Not matched in the Page filter of the parcels list.

Example: Rangdhanu Fashion's page code is RF, but one seller writes "RFS" on invoices. The box shows "RFS 42 parcels". The owner picks the RF page and presses Link.

Common problems

  • A code was linked to the wrong page. Link it again to the right page. It moves, with its parcels.
  • The box is not there. Every code already belongs to a page, or you are on another courier's tab. Open All couriers.
