Set a Start date and choose an account for each way Steadfast pays you (bank, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, cash at the hub). From then on, every paid Steadfast payout is written in the cashbook by itself as Money in, once, into the account you chose.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › Accounts Department › Accounts, box Steadfast payouts into the cashbook.
Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees it. It belongs to Money overview (owner), which opens for the Super Admin only.
Step by step
- Go to Accounts and scroll to Steadfast payouts into the cashbook.
- Pick the Start date. Payouts paid on or after this day go into the cashbook.
- For each method, Bank →, bKash →, Nagad →, Rocket → and Cash (handed over at the hub) →, choose the account the money reaches. Leave Not placed for a method you do not use.
- Press Save. Payouts already waiting are put in at once, and the message says how many and for how much.
How it works
Each payout becomes one entry:
- Money in, in the category Sales money received (made for you if it is missing).
- The amount is the payout's Paid to you, on the day it was paid.
- Received from is "Steadfast", and the reference is the payout ID.
After that, the app checks again after every courier check (every 10 minutes) and when you press Check now on the Courier page. A payout is never written twice.
Example: Rangdhanu Fashion sets the start date to 1 November and Bank → "City Bank". On 3 November Steadfast pays ৳43,820 by bank. The cashbook gets one money in of ৳43,820 into City Bank, with a Steadfast payout badge.
Good to know
- Off until set. Nothing is posted until there is a start date and at least one account.
- Entered by itself. The row shows Steadfast payout and "entered by itself". It cannot be edited by hand. Only the Super Admin can delete it, and it is not posted again after that.
- Only paid payouts. Payouts that are still pending, processing, on hold, cancelled, rejected or failed wait.
- Not counted as profit. Sales money is counted from your orders, so this money in does not add to profit & loss.
- Wrote payouts by hand before? Choose a start date after the last one you wrote, or that money is counted twice.
Common problems
- A "Not placed" list shows under the box. It names the method, how many payouts and the reason: "no account chosen" (pick one), "the chosen account is hidden" (show it again or pick another), "method not known", or "waiting for the next run".
- Nothing came in. Check that your Steadfast keys are saved and the payout is paid after your start date.
