How do I connect Steadfast?

01 Nov 2026 2 min read বাংলায় পড়ুন

Paste your Steadfast API key and Secret key on the Steadfast card in Couriers & keys, press Save, then press Test connection. When it works, you see "Connected to Steadfast" with your Steadfast balance.

Where to find it

Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Courier & parcels, then the Couriers & keys button. Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees it. Its tick, ERP settings (owner), opens for the Super Admin only, even when ticked for staff.

Step by step

  1. Copy your API key and secret key from your own Steadfast merchant account.
  2. Open Couriers & keys and find the Steadfast card.
  3. Make sure Use Steadfast is switched on.
  4. Paste the key in API key and the secret in Secret key.
  5. Press Save. The card now shows Keys saved.
  6. Press Test connection. A green message shows "Connected to Steadfast" and your balance.
  7. Set up live updates too, so every status change comes in by itself (see the related answer below).

Good to know

  • Each store uses its own Steadfast account. Your keys are kept for your shop only.
  • Saved keys are not shown again. The boxes say "saved — leave empty to keep". Leave them empty to keep the old keys, or type new ones to replace them.
  • Once connected, the Courier & parcels page shows your Steadfast balance to the owner, and brings in Steadfast payouts and the parcels in them.
  • Parcels on the way are checked again by themselves: Steadfast's card says "Live updates by webhook + check every 10 minutes".
  • You can change the card's Colour. It is the colour of the Steadfast tab and its parcels.

Common problems

  • Test connection shows an error. Copy both keys again, with no spaces before or after, save and test again.
  • "Steadfast: keys are not saved yet". Press Save after typing the keys, then test.
  • Couriers & keys button is missing. Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees it. Sign in as the owner.
