Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees the money picture: the dashboards, profit, the balance of every account, every salary, what suppliers are owed and the courier payouts. The Admin runs the daily work, enters supplier bills and payments and adds staff, but sees none of these totals.
Where to find it
The ticks are in Admin › Administration › Users & access › Users & logins. The money ones end in (owner) and show Owner only — keep for Super Admin. Since November 2026 they open for the Super Admin only, even when ticked for someone else.

Good to know
- The owner's money ticks: Dashboards (owner), Payments & profit (owner), Money overview (owner), Staff & salary (owner) and Supplier dues (owner). ERP settings (owner) is owner only too.
- Ticking them for staff does nothing. A permission given earlier is refused as well.
- Courier ৳ totals on the Courier page stay with the owner. Admin, Manager and Courier Manager see parcels and counts; a seller sees the taka of their own pages only.
- Want a partner to see the money? Make them Super Admin. That gives them everything.
- New staff added by an Admin show "Salary not set" to the owner until the owner sets their pay.
Example: at "Rangdhanu Fashion" the Admin enters a fabric bill and pays it from the cash account the owner gave him. He never sees what the supplier is owed in total, the shop's profit or anyone's pay.
Common problems
- An Admin cannot see profit, balances or payouts. That is how it works now. Only the Super Admin sees them.
- A staff member still sees money they should not. Check that they are not a Super Admin in Users & logins.
