A Courier Manager does the courier work: sends seller orders to the courier, prints them, follows every parcel, sets statuses where needed and asks for returns. They do not see the courier's payouts or change the courier keys. Those stay with the owner.
Where to find it
Give the role in Admin › Administration › Users & access › Users & logins. Open the person (or add a new one), pick Courier Manager as the role and press Save. The Courier and Send orders to the courier ticks are set by themselves.
The Courier Manager then works in Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Courier & parcels and Seller orders.

Good to know
- One person, two jobs. If the same person also confirms website orders, tick Website orders for them too. The form shows it as "Can be given" for this role.
- Other ticks that fit. Every order: see and print and Website customer accounts can also be added. Delivery charges and Courier keys (owner) are not for this role.
- Two months of history. This month and last month. Older parcels are not shown to them.
- Ticks are a starting point. You can add or remove any box for one person without changing the role.
Common problems
- They cannot open Courier & parcels. Check their role is Courier Manager. Giving the Courier tick to another role does not open courier data.
- They cannot change an order's phone or amount. That needs the sales team (Sales team: every page) or the owner. The Courier Manager only books and prints.
