Website orders are handled by anyone whose login has the Website orders tick. Picking the Admin, Manager, Store Manager or Moderator role ticks it by itself. Deleting orders is a separate tick, Delete & restore orders, and sharing orders among staff is Order distribution.
Where to find it
You give these ticks in Admin › Administration › Users & access › Users & logins. Open the person (or Add user), pick a role, then look at the Website orders group under What they may use. Press Save.
Each box shows advice for the chosen role: ✓ Needed — ticked, Can be given, Not usually given or Owner only.

Good to know
- What "Website orders" covers: seeing, creating and editing orders, changing status (one or many), sending to Steadfast, Pathao or RedX, printing, assigning orders to staff, exporting, Incomplete orders and Returns tracking.
- What "Delete & restore orders" covers: deleting orders, the trash, and restoring or deleting for good.
- What "Order distribution" covers: switching order distribution on or off, each person's share, sharing out an absent person's orders, and moving orders between people with Assign to…. Anyone with it sees every order and is never given orders.
- Payments stay with the owner. The payment window on an order needs Payments & profit (owner), which is not part of Website orders.
- One person, two jobs. A Courier Manager who also confirms website orders can be given the Website orders tick as well.
- Every order, or only their own? With order distribution off, everyone with Website orders sees every order. With it on, people outside the office (Store Manager, Moderator and the like) see only the orders given to them; the owner, Admin, Manager, Marketing Manager and Courier Manager still see all.
- Older roles. Staff still on the older "worker" role always see only the orders assigned to them.
- The ticks are only a starting point. You can add or remove any box for one person without changing their role.
Common problems
- "You do not have access to: Website orders. Ask the Super Admin." That login has no Website orders tick. Add it in Users & logins.
- A staff member cannot delete an order. Give them Delete & restore orders, or delete it yourself as the owner.
