When the free trial ends, your store does not close. It keeps working on the free Start Free package, with that package's limits and parts. Your data stays, and you can choose a paid package at any time.
Where to find it
Admin › Administration › Settings › Package & billing (প্রশাসন › সেটিং › প্যাকেজ ও বিল) shows when your trial ends, and after it, the free package's limits. Only the store owner sees this page in the sidebar.
How it works
Before the trial ends
- The owner sees a green bar at the top of the panel with the days left, for example Free trial: 2 days left.
- About 2 days before the end, the owner gets an email: "Your free trial ends in 2 days".
When it ends
- The owner gets an email: "Your free trial has ended".
- The green bar becomes a red one: "Your free trial has ended. The store is on Start Free" with the free package's limits and an Upgrade button.
- The limits on products, landing pages, orders and staff logins apply. Today the defaults on Start Free are 10 products, 1 landing page, 50 orders in total and 1 staff login.
- Only the online store is open. Other parts, such as the inbox, sales team or accounts, show a page saying "This part is in the … package", with an Upgrade now button.
- Your own domain (like
yourshop.com) cannot be added on the free package.
What stays
- Your shop stays online on its free address.
- Products, orders, customers and everything else you added stay. If you have more than the limit, nothing is deleted. You just cannot add more until you upgrade.
Example: "Rangdhanu Fashion" added 25 products during the trial. After the trial all 25 stay, but a new one cannot be added. The owner chooses a paid package, and adding products works again.
Good to know
- The trial length and the free package's limits are set by eCommerce Autopilot and can change. Package & billing always shows your own numbers.
- Orders on Start Free are counted in total, not per month. Only real orders count: checkouts a customer left unfinished and deleted orders do not, while orders on the ERP's sales pages do. When the limit is reached, no new orders can be added: not on the website, not in the admin panel, not by sellers in the ERP, and deleted orders cannot be restored. The owner sees a red bar about it.
- If you picked a paid package when you signed up, the green bar shows Pay for … so you can keep it after the trial.
- You can pay at any time, during the trial or after it.
Common problems
- A page says "This part is in the … package". That part is not in Start Free. Press Upgrade now to pay for the package that opens it.
- "Your Start Free package allows … products." You are at the limit. Choose a bigger package.
