A banned store has been closed by eCommerce Autopilot. The shop shows "closed for now" to shoppers, nobody can work in the admin panel, not even the owner, and paying the package does not open it again. Only the eCommerce Autopilot team can open it. Contact support with your Store ID.
Where to find it
There is no screen for it in the panel. You notice it in two places:
- The sign-in page. After signing in, you are signed out again and see "This store has been closed. Please contact eCommerce Autopilot support."
- Your shop. Every address of your shop, the free one and your own domains, shows "This shop is closed for now".
How it works
| On hold (Suspended) | Banned | |
|---|---|---|
| Shoppers | See "closed for now" | See "closed for now" |
| Staff | Cannot sign in | Cannot sign in |
| Store owner | Can open Package & billing only | Cannot sign in |
| Paying the package | Opens the store again | Does not open the store |
| Who opens it | You, by paying | Only the eCommerce Autopilot team |
Banning closes the store; it does not delete your data by itself.
Example: the owner of "Rangdhanu Fashion" signs in and sees "This store has been closed." She writes to support through the Facebook group, gives her Store ID (482913) and asks what happened and what she must do.
Good to know
- Have your Store ID ready. It tells support exactly which store you mean. If you saved it before (for example from My workspace › Store ID), send that number. If not, give your shop's web address.
- Do not pay to reopen it. A payment does not open a banned store. Talk to support first.
- No orders come in. The shop cannot take orders while it is closed.
Common problems
- I paid and the store is still closed. A banned store stays closed after payment. Contact support.
- I am not sure if my store is banned or on hold. If the owner can still open Package & billing, it is on hold. If the owner is signed out with "This store has been closed", it is banned.
