The online store is in every package. Bigger packages open more modules: Basic adds WhatsApp and email marketing, Standard adds the sales team, courier tabs, accounts and more, and Premium opens everything, including the Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp inbox, the factory, staff and salary, and profit & loss. During the free trial every module is open except the inbox.
Where to find it
The full comparison is on the pricing page at ecommerceautopilot.com/pricing. Inside your store, Admin › Administration › Settings › Package & billing (প্যাকেজ ও বিল) shows your package. Only the store owner sees that page.
How it works
These are the current defaults. eCommerce Autopilot chooses the modules of each package and can change them, so the pricing page shows what applies today.

A Custom package opens every module. The inbox is Premium only: it opens on a running Premium or Custom package and never on Start Free, Basic or Standard.
Example: "Rangdhanu Fashion" is on Basic and wants to answer Messenger chats in the panel. The inbox is in Premium only, so the owner upgrades to Premium from Package & billing.
Good to know
- During the free trial every module is open, whatever package you picked, except the inbox. The inbox needs a paid Premium package.
- A locked page shows the module's name and "This part is in the … package", with the price and an Upgrade now button.
- Nothing is deleted when a module locks. Your entries are still there when you upgrade again.
- A module is not the same as a staff tick. A staff member needs both: the package must include the module, and their login must have the matching tick.
Common problems
- A link in the sidebar opens a lock page. Your package does not include that module. Upgrade, or keep using the parts your package has.
- Staff cannot open a page that is in my package. Their login is missing the tick. Edit them in Users & logins.
