There are five packages: Start Free, Basic, Standard, Premium and Custom. Every new store starts with a free trial of every feature, then stays on Start Free unless you choose a paid package. You can compare them at ecommerceautopilot.com/pricing.
Where to find it
- Before you sign up: the pricing page at ecommerceautopilot.com/pricing shows each package and a full comparison table.
- Inside your store: Admin › Administration › Settings › Package & billing (প্যাকেজ ও বিল) shows your package and lets you pay. It also has a Compare packages link. Only the store owner sees this page.
How it works
These are the current defaults. eCommerce Autopilot sets the packages and can change names, prices and limits, so the pricing page and Package & billing always show what applies today. Prices are in taka, paid month by month.

- Start Free includes a free trial, by default 7 days, when every part is open except the inbox. After the trial it keeps a small online store with limits.
- Basic, Standard and Premium add more modules and higher limits, step by step.
- Custom is made for you. Press Talk to us on the pricing page and fill in the form with what you need.
Example: "Rangdhanu Fashion" signs up and tries everything during the trial. The owner only needs the website and her own domain, so she pays for Basic from Package & billing.
Good to know
- You can pay for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months at a time on Package & billing.
- Your own domain (like yourshop.com) is for paid packages, not for Start Free and not during the trial.
- The Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp inbox is in Premium (and Custom) only, not in the trial.
- Picked a package at sign-up? You still get the free trial. Pay before it ends to keep that package.
- Your data stays when you change package or when a trial ends.
Common problems
- A page says "is in the … package". Your package does not include that part. The page names the package that opens it and has an Upgrade now button.
- I cannot see Package & billing. Only the store owner sees it. Sign in as the owner.
