If your staff sign in and are sent straight back to the sign-in page with "This store is on hold. Please ask the store owner, or contact eCommerce Autopilot support.", your store is on hold. While it is, only the store owner can sign in, and only to Package & billing. Pay there and your staff can work again.
Where to find it
The owner signs in as usual and lands on Admin › Administration › Settings › Package & billing (প্রশাসন › সেটিং › প্যাকেজ ও বিল) with the note "Your store is on hold. Pay your package to open it again — everything is kept as it was."
How it works
While the store is on hold:
- every staff login is signed out, whatever their role, Admin included;
- the owner reaches Package & billing only;
- shoppers see "This shop is closed for now";
- nothing is deleted: staff, their logins, attendance and all other data stay as they were.
When the payment is confirmed, the store is active again and staff sign in with the same login details as before. Nothing has to be set up again.
Example: at "Rangdhanu Fashion" the sellers phone the owner: "The panel keeps saying the store is on hold." The owner signs in, sees the red note on Package & billing and pays with bKash. A minute later the sellers sign in as usual.
What to check, most common first
- The message says "on hold". Follow this page: the owner pays on Package & billing.
- The message says "This account is blocked. Ask the store owner." The store is fine; that one login was blocked on the Users page. The owner can unblock it.
- The message says "This store has been closed." The store is banned. Paying does not open it; contact support.
- Only one person cannot log in, with no message about the store. It is not the store. Check the email and password they type.
Good to know
- Send money takes longer. A send-money payment opens the store only after the eCommerce Autopilot team approves it. Card, bKash and aamarPay payments open it as soon as they are confirmed.
- Do not make new logins. It does not help while the store is on hold, and the old logins come back by themselves.
