Every real order counts toward your package's order limit, wherever it was made: on your shop, on a landing page, in the admin panel or by a seller in the ERP. Checkouts a customer left unfinished and orders in the trash do not count.
Where to find it
Admin › Administration › Settings › Package & billing (প্রশাসন › সেটিং › প্যাকেজ ও বিল). Under Now, the Orders this month box shows used / limit. If your package counts orders in total, the box says just Orders. Only the store owner sees this page.
How it works
| Order | Counts? |
|---|---|
| A customer's order from your shop or a landing page | Yes |
| An order you make in the admin panel | Yes |
| An order a seller adds in the ERP (Seller orders) | Yes |
| A checkout the customer did not finish (Incomplete orders) | No |
| An order you deleted (in the trash) | No |
A monthly limit counts from the 1st of the month. A limit "in total" counts every order the store has.
When the count reaches the limit, new orders stop everywhere at once:
- On your shop, customers see a kind message: "Sorry, this shop cannot take new orders online right now. Please call the shop to order." They are not told about your package.
- In the admin panel and the ERP, staff see the reason, for example "Your … package allows 500 orders this month. Choose a bigger package to add more."
- Restoring an order from the trash is stopped too, because it would count again.
Example: "Rangdhanu Fashion" has a limit of 500 orders a month (a made-up number). On 25 October the box shows 498 / 500: 420 shop orders and 78 seller orders. Twelve abandoned checkouts and three deleted orders are not in the count. After two more orders, new ones stop until 1 November or until the owner chooses a bigger package.
Good to know
- Combo offers count as products. A combo offer is saved as a product, so it uses up your product limit, and you cannot add one when that limit is reached.
- Moving a website order to the trash frees a place; restoring it takes the place again.
- No limit in the free trial.
- Limits are set per package by eCommerce Autopilot and can change. Check Package & billing for your own numbers.
Common problems
- Customers cannot order, but I see fewer orders on the orders list. Seller orders in the ERP count too. Add them up.
- A restored order did not come back. The limit is reached. Choose a bigger package, or wait for the new month on a monthly limit.
