Every time a seller order is printed, the app notes who printed it and when. You see it on the print itself and in the order list, so you always know which orders went to the factory and who handled them.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Seller orders (a seller's My Orders). Everyone who can print seller orders leaves this record when they print.
How it works
On the print. The A4 page shows a Printed by line in its invoice box, and the factory card shows it under the invoice: the person's name and the time, for example "Printed by Rahim Uddin · 01 Nov, 10:15 AM". On a reprint it adds the print number, such as (print 2).
In the order list. A printed order shows Printed by and the name under its row. Point at it to see the date and time and how many times it was printed.
The filter. In the filters above the list, set Print to Printed or Not printed yet and press Show. "Not printed yet" is the quick way to find orders the factory has not received.
Example: at Rangdhanu Fashion the Data Entry Man prints the morning's orders at 10 am. At noon the owner filters Not printed yet and sees the two orders that came in after 10. Later someone reprints RF120 because the page tore. The new print says "(print 2)", and the list shows who printed it last.
Good to know
- Both prints count. Printing the A4 page or the factory card both record a print.
- The last printer shows. The list and the print show the person who printed it most recently. The print count keeps going up with each print.
- Printing comes after sending. An order prints only after it is sent to the courier (or if the customer takes it from the factory), so "Not printed yet" lists sent orders still waiting for the factory too.
- Opening the print counts as printing. The record is made when the print page opens, even if the page is then closed without printing.
- Your store only. Another store can never print or mark your orders.
Common problems
- An order says Printed but the factory never got it. Someone opened the print page without printing. Print it again; the count shows the reprint.
- You cannot find an order with Not printed yet. Check the date range above the list. The list shows orders by order date.
