Tick the orders on Seller orders and press Print selected for the full parcel sheet, or Factory cards (no money) for a card the factory works from. Only orders already sent to the courier are printed.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Seller orders (a seller's My Orders). Everyone who sees seller orders can print them, including people with only the feature "Every order: see and print". One order can also be printed from its own page with Print (A4).
Step by step
- Open Seller orders and tick the orders you want. A dark bar appears at the top of the screen and stays there while you scroll.
- Press Print selected or Factory cards (no money). The print page opens in a new tab.
- At the top you can switch between Full page (A4) and Factory only (no money).
- Click a photo to leave it out of the print. The other photos get bigger. Press All photos back to undo.
- Press Print.
What each print shows
| A4 parcel sheet | Factory card |
|---|---|
| The courier's parcel ID with a QR code | The invoice number with a QR code |
| Your logo with "by" and your company name, the support numbers and one address | Order date, page and seller |
| Invoice number, date, tracking code, page and seller, "Printed by" | Customer name and a short address, "Printed by" |
| Customer name, phone and address | Colour / fabric and "What to make" |
| Amount to collect ("Total − Advance" when an advance was paid) | The delivery note |
| Order details, delivery note, the Special Note for Sewing & Cutting, and "Cutting note" / "Sewing note" | The Special Note for Sewing & Cutting, in red |
| Photos, then "Made by", "Checked by", "Packed by" lines | Photos and "Made by", "Checked by", "Packed on" lines |
The factory card shows no money at all, so it is safe to hand to the workers.
The header of the A4 sheet comes from Admin › Online store › Store design › General settings: Company name on prints (shown as "by …" next to the logo), Address on prints (empty: the line of your address that starts with "Factory", or its first line), Office Support Number and Hotline Number. The Sales Officer Number is the seller's Office SIM number from their staff profile. Empty lines are left out.
Good to know
- An order prints once it is sent to the courier. An order the customer takes from the factory prints straight away, with "CUSTOMER PICKUP — FACTORY" in place of the parcel ID.
- Cancelled orders never print.
- Up to 100 orders print at once.
- The QR code lets the factory find the order from a phone photo of the page. The A4 sheet has one QR code: the parcel ID's (or the invoice's while there is no parcel ID).
- The Special Note shows on both prints. It is not sent to the courier.
- Cutting note and Sewing note on the A4 sheet show what the cutting and sewing people wrote on the order, or empty lines to write by hand.
- Each print is recorded: the order list shows "Printed by" with the name, and the Print filter finds Printed or Not printed yet orders. A reprint says "(print 2)" and so on.
Common problems
- "Send the order to the courier first". None of the ticked orders is sent yet. Press Send to Courier first, then print.
- Some ticked orders are missing from the print. Those were not sent yet or were cancelled. Only the ready ones print.
