The A4 order print is one page per order. The factory makes from it, the packer checks it, and the QR code can be scanned. Here is each part, top to bottom.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Seller orders: tick orders already sent to the courier and press Print selected, or open one order and press Print (A4).
How it works
1. The top band. The courier's name and PARCEL ID, the parcel ID in big digits, and one QR code of it. Scanning that QR code finds the order too. For an order the customer takes from the factory, the band says CUSTOMER PICKUP — FACTORY instead.
2. Your shop's corner. Your logo (or shop name), then "by" and your Company name on prints. Under it the numbers: Office Support Number, Sales Officer Number (the seller's office SIM) and Hotline Number. Then one address. An empty number is left out.
3. The order box. Invoice no, with "Replacement of …" for a replacement, the date, the tracking code, the page and seller, and Printed by with the time. If the order has no parcel ID yet, a QR code of the invoice shows here instead.
4. Deliver to. Customer name, phone and address.
5. AMOUNT TO COLLECT. The cash the courier takes. With an advance it shows the sum: for Rangdhanu Fashion, "Total ৳3,200 − Advance ৳500", then = ৳2,700. With no advance it shows the amount and the price under it.
6. Order. Colour / fabric, the order details and the delivery note. The details print in big, bold letters so the factory can read them from a distance; on a long order they get a little smaller, only as much as needed to keep everything on one page. The Special Note for Sewing & Cutting shows in a red box. Then Cutting note and Sewing note: what the cutting and sewing people wrote on this order, or ruled lines to write by hand.
7. Photos. The order's photos fill the rest of the page, whole and as big as they fit, two or three to a row.
8. The foot. "Made by", "Checked by" and "Packed by" lines.
Good to know
- Leave a photo out. Before printing, click a photo to leave it out. The others get bigger. All photos back undoes it. The × buttons do not print.
- A warning line. If the order was changed after booking, a ⚠ line says so.
- Very long orders. The order details shrink step by step until the page fits, but never below a readable size. If the page is still too full, leave a photo or two out.
- Factory only. Factory only (no money) at the top of the print page switches to the factory card, which shows no amounts.
Common problems
- No company name or support numbers on the page. They are empty in General settings. Fill them in, then print again.
- The Sales Officer Number is missing. The seller has no office SIM number on their staff profile.
