Open Order distribution, switch on the people who take orders, give each one a share, tick Distribute new orders automatically and press Save. From that moment new website orders are shared among them.

Admin › Online store › Website orders › Order distribution (অনলাইন স্টোর › ওয়েবসাইটের অর্ডার › অর্ডার বণ্টন).
The store owner always sees it. Admin and Manager have the Order distribution tick by default; a Marketing Manager can be given it in Users & logins.
Step by step
- First make sure each Store Manager has the Website orders tick in Admin › Administration › Users & access › Users & logins. Only they appear in the list.
- Open Order distribution. The Who takes orders table lists them.
- Tick On for each person who takes orders today.
- Type an Order share for each, for example 40, 30 and 30. Shares are weights: they need not add up to 100. Effective shows each one's real percentage as you type.
- Tick Distribute new orders automatically at the top.
- Press Save. "Saved. New orders are shared out from now."

When someone is absent
- Untick On for that person and press Save, so they get no new orders.
- Press Share out on their row and confirm. Their pending, processing and on-hold orders go to the others who are on, by the same shares.
Waiting orders. If orders from the last 30 days are with nobody who is on (for example from before you turned distribution on), a box says how many. Press Share them out.
Move untouched orders on (optional)
Tick Move an order on when nobody has touched it for … minutes and set the minutes (5 to 1,440). An order its person has not touched at all in that time (no status change, no edit) goes to the next person. One order moves at most 3 times. This is off by default.
Example: at Rangdhanu Fashion one Store Manager is ill on Saturday morning. The Manager unticks her, presses Share out on her row, and her 14 open orders go to the other two. He also ticks "move on after 60 minutes" for the campaign week, so no order waits too long.
Good to know

- Turning it off brings back the old way at once: everyone with Website orders sees every order. The shares are kept for next time.
- Blocked logins never get orders, even if they are still ticked on.
Common problems
- "… cannot take website orders (no "Website orders" tick, or blocked)". Give that person the Website orders tick, or untick them.
- "Give everyone who is on a share above 0." Type a share for each ticked person.
- "Switch at least one person on before turning the distribution on." Tick On for someone first.
- A person is greyed out with "no website orders access". They have no Website orders tick. Add it in Users & logins.
