Where does the customer's courier record badge show?

The customer's courier record is a small coloured badge next to their phone number, for example 92% 11/12. It shows on every list where you decide whether to confirm or send an order, and on the customer list in CRM.

Where to find it

Screen Where on it
Website orders (every status list) Next to the phone in each order
The order list on the classic store dashboard Next to the phone, also after you switch its status tabs
Incomplete orders Next to the phone
Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Seller orders On the list and on each order's page
Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Courier & parcels On the list and on each parcel's page
Admin › CRM › Customers Next to each customer's number

How it works

  1. A badge first shows ··· while it loads.
  2. The page asks for all its numbers in one go, then fills each badge.
  3. Lists that load later (a new status tab, a filter, more rows) fill their new badges by themselves, without a reload.
  4. Hover over a badge for its advice; click it for the full record.

Example: at Rangdhanu Fashion the owner opens the classic dashboard and switches to the Pending tab. The new rows come in with ··· next to each number, and a second later they turn green, amber or red.

Good to know

  • The check must be on. The switch Show the customer's record next to orders and parcels is in Admin › Administration › Security › Customer fraud check. Turn it off and every badge goes.
  • Who sees badges. Staff who work with website orders (feature Website orders) or the ERP. Someone with only CRM access does not see them.
  • Your shop only, or every courier. Without a BD Courier key the badge counts only your shop's parcels. With your own key it shows the record across couriers.

Common problems

  • A badge stays "···". It is still loading. Reload the page if it stays.
  • A badge shows "?". The record could not be loaded, often because the internet dropped. Reload the page.
