The top banner offer is a long, thin banner picture with a link, for a short message such as "Free delivery this week". Go to Top banner offer, upload the banner, add the link, set Show Topbar Offer Banner to Enable and press Update.

Admin › Online store › Offers & discounts › Top banner offer (the page is called Topbar Offer Banner)
The store owner can always use it. Staff need the Offers access to open the page and the Website design access to save it (Admin has both from the start).
Step by step
- Open Top banner offer.
- Under Top Bar Banner Image, choose your banner. The page suggests 1600×80: very wide and very thin.
- In Top Bar Banner Link, paste the page the banner should open, for example your discount page or one category.
- Set Show Topbar Offer Banner to Enable.
- Press Update. You see "Site settings has been updated".
How it works
The page keeps three things for your shop: the banner picture, its link, and the Enable / Disable switch. Each store has its own; nothing you set here is shared with any other shop.
Example: "Rangdhanu Fashion" makes a 1600×80 strip that says "Free delivery inside Dhaka – till Friday" and links it to their new arrivals.
Good to know
- The link is required. The page does not save without Top Bar Banner Link.
- Design for a thin strip. At 80 pixels high there is room for one short line. Use large letters and strong contrast, and keep the words in the middle so they are not cut on small screens.
- To change the picture, choose a new file and press Update; the new one replaces the old one. Leave the file box empty to keep the current picture.
- To stop the offer, set Disable and press Update. The picture and link stay saved for next time.
- One offer at a time. For a bigger message, use the popup offer instead.
Common problems
- The page does not save. Fill in Top Bar Banner Link; it cannot be empty.
- The page opens but pressing Update is refused. Your login needs the Website design access; ask the owner.
