A combo sells several of your products together as one package at one price. Go to Combo offers, press Add New Combo Product, type a name and a price, pick the products with their quantities, and press Save. Your customers find every combo on the /combo-offers page of your shop.

The store owner always sees it. Staff need the Offers access on their login (Admin and Manager have it from the start).
Step by step
- Open Combo offers and press Add New Combo Product.
- Type the Combo Name, for example "Eid Family Pack – 2 Panjabi + 1 Three-piece".
- Add the main Image, and more photos in Multi Image if you like (800×800 works best).
- Type the Sell Price of the whole package.
- Want to show a cut price? Set Is Discount to Yes, choose Fixed or Percentage, and type the Discount Amount. After Discount fills itself in.
- In the products table, type at least two letters of a product name in Search product and pick it from the list. Each choice shows the product with its size and colour.
- Set the Quantity for that product. Press + to add another row, or the bin icon to remove one.
- Write a Short Description and the Combo Body (the full details), if you want.
- Optional: open the SEO section and fill in Meta Title and Meta Keyword.
- Press Save. You go back to the list.
How it works
- The combo becomes its own item in your shop with its own page. That page shows a Combo Package Details table: each product's photo, name and quantity.
- The customer adds the combo to the cart and orders it like any other product.
- If you turned the discount on, the shop shows the After Discount price and the Sell Price crossed out.
- The Combo offers list in the admin shows each combo's name, image and Total Item, with icons to see the details or delete it.
Good to know
- Pick each size and colour you want. A product row is one exact choice, for example "Cotton Panjabi (L),(White)". To include two sizes, add two rows.
- The same choice cannot be added twice. The panel warns "Product already added"; raise the Quantity instead.
- Show the saving in the name or description, for example "Save 300 taka".
- Combos stay out of All products. You manage them only from Combo offers.
- Combos use your product limit. A combo is saved as a product, so it counts toward your package's product limit. When that limit is full, a new combo is refused with "Your … package allows … products. Choose a bigger package to add more."
Common problems
- "Product Not Found" when searching. Check the spelling, and type at least two letters of the product's name as it is saved.
- The combo does not save. Combo Name, Sell Price and at least one product are required.
- "Your … package allows … products." Your product limit is full. Delete products you no longer sell, or choose a bigger package in Package & billing.
