Open Seller bonus and scroll to the Prizes card. Write the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize for Every week (Sat–Fri) and for Seller of the month, pick the Count from date, and press Save.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Seller bonus, the Prizes card at the bottom. Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees it. Sellers and the sales office see the board, not the settings.
Step by step
- Open Seller bonus.
- In Prizes, under Every week (Sat–Fri), write the taka for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
- Under Seller of the month, do the same.
- In Count from, choose the day the race starts.
- Press Save. The message says "Bonus settings saved."
Good to know
- Starting amounts. Until you save your own, the race uses ৳500 / ৳300 / ৳200 a week and ৳1,000 / ৳500 / ৳500 a month. Change them to what suits your shop.
- Fewer places. Leave the last boxes empty to give only a 1st prize, or only 1st and 2nd. If you clear every box of a row, the starting amounts come back.
- When a prize change counts. A week's or month's prize is fixed when its result is given. Results given before you saved keep their old amounts.
- The start day. If you never set it, counting starts from the first day of the month your first sales page was made. Weeks before the start day are not counted, and the first week runs from the start day to the next Friday.
- Seller's view. Sellers see the prizes on My Bonus, under their weekly and monthly lines.
- The prizes are per store. Each shop sets its own.
Common problems
- The Prizes card is missing. You are signed in without the owner's ERP access. Sign in as the owner: no tick opens it for staff.
- A winner got the old amount. That result was given before you changed the prizes. You can pay the new amount yourself; the record shows the amount at the time.
