Open Seller bonus, find the winner in the Winners table and press mark paid under their name. It changes to ✓ paid with the date, so everyone knows that bonus is settled.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Seller bonus, the Winners table. Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees the mark paid button. Others see the word "paid" once it is marked.
Step by step
- Pay the seller their bonus, in cash or as you usually do.
- Open Seller bonus and go to Winners.
- Find the week or month. Each row shows the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place with their page, delivered taka and bonus.
- Press mark paid under the winner you paid.
- The message says "Marked as paid." and the button now reads ✓ paid with today's date.
Pressed it by mistake? Press ✓ paid again. The message says "Marked as not paid."
How the seller is told
- When results are given, the winning seller sees a congratulations note on My Bonus with their place, bonus and delivered taka.
- They press OK to close it. That marks the note as seen; it does not mark the bonus as paid.
- A note stays for up to 14 days after the results, until the seller presses OK.
- After you mark a bonus paid, the seller sees "paid" next to it in the Winners table.
Good to know
- mark paid is a record only. It does not move money or add a cashbook entry. If you track bonuses as an expense, enter the payment in the cashbook yourself.
- The Winners table keeps the last 30 weeks and months that had winners.
- The bonus amount shown is the prize that applied when that result was given.
Common problems
- There is no mark paid button. You do not have the owner's ERP access. Ask the owner to mark it.
- A winner is missing from the table. The result is not given yet. See why on the held card, or wait for the last parcels to finish.
