Each staff profile has one of four salary types: Fixed + overtime (factory), Fixed (no overtime) (office), Sales level (marketing sellers) and By the work (part-time). The type decides which lines the monthly salary slip gets.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › HR Department › Staff (এইচআর বিভাগ), open a profile and press edit. Under Salary rule, pick How the salary is worked out. Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees and sets salaries. An Admin opens profiles but not the salary part.
When you pick Where they work (Production, Marketing, Office or Part-time), the form fills in that department's usual salary type, duty time and TA/DA. You can change every one of them.

Example: on a ৳12,000 factory salary, a day is ৳400 and an overtime hour ৳33.33. An absent Tuesday costs ৳400; an absent Saturday ৳800.
Good to know
- For every type, the office can add an Eid bonus, other bonus, quality bonus or other cut on the salary slip. Advances given that month are cut. Mistake fines are cut if the person's login is linked to their profile.
- Joined or left during the month: on the two fixed types, the days they did not work here are cut at salary ÷ 30.
- Paid overtime is a tick on the profile. Overtime is only paid on Fixed + overtime.
- Works from home on a marketing profile means no daily TA/DA.
- The numbers above (fines, attendance bonus, Saturday count, marketing amounts) are your store's Salary rules. You can change them.
Common problems
- The slip says "Monthly salary is not set on the profile." Type the Monthly salary (basic) on the profile, then work the salary out again.
- A seller's salary has no sales. Pick their pages under Sales pages they run on the profile.
