On the Attendance calendar, a yellow dot at the top right of a day means the person was late past the grace (and fined) or has a missing punch that day. A pink dot at the bottom right means the day has overtime. Hover over the day to see the details.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › HR Department › Attendance (এইচআর বিভাগ › হাজিরা). The store owner (Super Admin) sees it, and staff with the Attendance tick. Admin, Manager and Production Manager get that tick with their role.
How it works
Each person has one row, and each day is a small coloured box with a letter:
| Box | Means |
|---|---|
| P (green) | Present |
| A (red) | Absent |
| ½ | Half day |
| L | Leave (no cut) |
| L✂ | Leave (salary cut) |
| · (grey) | Day off |
| W | Worked on day off |
| – | Nothing yet |
The dots sit on top of the box:
- Yellow dot (top): late by more than the person's grace, and the lateness was not forgiven; or a missing punch that day.
- Pink dot (bottom): overtime that day, from the card machine or set by hand.
- Dark outline: the day was corrected by hand.
The key above the calendar shows each colour, the dots and the outline.
Example: at Rangdhanu Fashion, Karim's 12th shows a green P with a yellow dot and a pink dot. Hovering says "in 08:25 · out 21:10 · late 25 min (15 fined after 10 min grace) · overtime 70 min".
Good to know
- Late inside the grace gets no dot. If someone is 5 minutes late with a 10-minute grace, the hover says "within the 10 min grace" and there is no yellow dot.
- Forgiven lateness gets no dot. The hover then says "(forgiven)".
- Overtime set by hand says "(set by hand)" when you hover.
- Click a day to correct it, or to change its overtime with Edit overtime (Super Admin and Admin).
- Each person's grace comes from their profile, or from Salary rules when the profile has none.
Common problems
- A pink dot on someone who should not get overtime. Check Paid overtime on their staff profile, or set the day's overtime by hand.
- Yellow dots every day. Check their Duty starts time on the profile.
