How do I remove my custom domain?

Open Custom domain, press Remove under the domain you want to take off, and confirm. That domain (with and without www) is taken off your store. Your shop keeps working on its other addresses, and always on its free ecommerceautopilot.com address.

Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees it.

Step by step

Go to Admin › Online store › Store design › Custom domain.
In the Your own domain box (Your own domains when you have several), find the domain and press Remove under it.
The browser asks "Remove rangdhanufashion.com? The store keeps working on its other addresses." Press OK.
You see "rangdhanufashion.com removed. The store still works on its other addresses."

Good to know

One domain at a time. Each own domain has its own Remove link. Your other own domains stay as they are.
Both addresses go together. The domain was added with and without www. Remove takes both off.
The main address moves by itself. If the removed domain was your main address, another working address becomes the main one: another own domain if one works, else your free address. You can pick a different one any time.
An unproven domain is removed by itself. If its TXT record is not found within 7 days of adding it, the domain is removed for you. The page warns you before ("Will be removed on … if not proven.") and says afterwards when it was removed.
The free address stays. Your yourname.ecommerceautopilot.com address is never removed. It keeps working with https.
Changing to a new domain. You do not have to remove the old one first: a store can have up to 10 own domains. Add the new one, make it the main address once it works, then remove the old one if you like. Adding a domain from another company needs a paid package that includes it.
Clean up at your domain company. The records you added there still point to the server. Change or delete them if you will use the domain for something else, and delete the _ecap-verify TXT record too. If you add the domain again, the page shows a new TXT value to add.
Update links that used the old domain. If you gave the domain to a courier webhook, your Meta app, a Google app or a payment company, they stop reaching your store. Put your free address (or your new domain) there instead.

Common problems

The Remove link is not there. No own domain is added yet, so the box shows only the Add domain form.
Messages or courier updates stopped after removing. A webhook still uses the old domain. Copy the address again from the panel (it shows the address you opened the panel with) and paste it into that service.
"A store can have up to 10 own domains." You already have 10. Remove one to add another.
