How do I buy a domain from my admin panel?

Open the Your domain page, search a name in Buy a domain, press Buy and pay. When the payment is confirmed, the domain is registered in your name and connected to your store by itself, with DNS and https done for you.

Where to find it

Admin › Online store › Store design › Custom domain (অনলাইন স্টোর › স্টোর ডিজাইন › নিজের ডোমেইন). The page is called Your domain, and Buy a domain is the box near the top.

Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees the box, and only while eCommerce Autopilot is selling domains.

Step by step

Type a name in the search box, for example rangdhanufashion, and press Search.
Each domain shows its price, or Taken. A green line says when your first choice "is available", and Other names that are available lists more.
Press Buy next to the one you want. The order page opens.
Under Registered in the name of, check your Full name, Email, Mobile (01XXXXXXXXX), Address and City. Business and Post code are optional.
Under Pay ৳… with, choose a way to pay.
Tick I understand that domains are not refundable.
Press Pay now and finish the payment. For send money, fill in the three boxes and press Send for checking.
When the order shows Done — on your store, your shop opens on the domain. https is ready within a few minutes to a few hours.

Good to know

Ways to pay: online with bKash, SSLCommerz or aamarPay, or Send Money by bKash, Nagad or Rocket with your number and the Transaction ID (TrxID). You see only the ways that are open right now.
An online payment buys the domain as soon as it goes through. A send money payment waits until the platform has checked and approved it.
The domain is registered for 1 year in your name, with privacy protection.
A domain bought here works on every package, Start Free too. A domain from another company needs a paid package.
Your free address keeps working. Once the domain works, it becomes your main address (unless you chose another one), so shoppers on other addresses are sent to it.
Your orders are listed under Your domain orders in the same box, with Pay or Details.

Common problems

"… is already used by a store." That domain is already on a store here. Choose another name.
"… is not free." Someone took it after your search. Search again and pick another.
The search is not working right now. Wait a minute and search again.
