How do I transfer my domain here?

If your domain is at another company, you can move it here. Unlock it there, copy its transfer code (EPP / auth code), enter both in Transfer your domain here and pay for one more year. The move usually takes 5–7 days, and the domain connects to your store by itself when it arrives.

Where to find it

Admin › Online store › Store design › Custom domain (অনলাইন স্টোর › স্টোর ডিজাইন › নিজের ডোমেইন). On the Your domain page, Transfer your domain here is next to Buy a domain.

Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees it, and only while eCommerce Autopilot is selling domains.

Step by step

Sign in at the company where your domain is now. Unlock the domain and copy its transfer code (EPP / auth code).
In your admin panel, open Your domain.
Under Transfer your domain here, type the domain, for example rangdhanufashion.com, and paste the code in Transfer code (EPP / auth code).
Press Continue. The order page opens as Transfer rangdhanufashion.com, with the price for one year.
Check the name and address under Registered in the name of, choose how to pay, and tick I understand that domains are not refundable.
Press Pay now (or Send for checking for send money).
After the payment is confirmed, the order shows Moving here (5–7 days).
If the old company emails you about the transfer, approve it. That makes it faster.
When it arrives, the order shows Done — on your store and your shop opens on the domain.

Good to know

The transfer adds one more year to your domain. It stays registered in your name, with privacy protection.
You do not change any DNS. When the move finishes, the domain is pointed to your store for you.
The progress is checked every hour, so you do not need to press anything.
A transferred domain works on every package, Start Free too.
Don't want to move it? You can keep it where it is and connect it instead (paid package needed).

Common problems

"… is not registered anywhere — buy it instead." Nobody owns that domain yet. Buy it in Buy a domain.
"… is already with us." The domain is already registered here.
"Write the transfer code (EPP / auth code) …" The code box is empty. Copy the code from the old company.
The order shows "Paid — not bought yet". The transfer did not finish. Check that the code is right and the domain is unlocked at the old company, then message us.
