The price is shown in taka next to each domain when you search, and it is for one year. Once paid, a domain cannot be refunded, so check the spelling before you pay.
Where to find it
- In your admin panel: Admin › Online store › Store design › Custom domain (অনলাইন স্টোর › স্টোর ডিজাইন › নিজের ডোমেইন), in the Buy a domain box (store owner only). A small line under the search box shows some extensions with their first-year price.
- Before you have a store: ecommerceautopilot.com/domains, where every extension is listed with its price.
How it works
- Search a name, and each available domain shows its price in taka next to it, for example next to
rangdhanufashion.com. Different extensions (.com, .shop, .store and others) have different prices. - The order page shows the price again as "৳… / 1 year". That is what you pay.
- A transfer also has its own price, shown on its order page. It adds one year to the domain.
- You pay in taka: online with bKash, SSLCommerz or aamarPay, or by Send Money with bKash, Nagad or Rocket. Only the ways open right now are shown. No dollar card is needed.
Example: Rangdhanu Fashion searches rangdhanufashion. The .com shows its price and Buy. The owner presses Buy, checks the price on the order page, and pays with bKash.
Good to know
- Not refundable. Before paying you must tick I understand that domains are not refundable. Nothing is bought until your payment is confirmed, so an unpaid order costs nothing and can be cancelled.
- No .bd or .com.bd here. Only the extensions in the search can be bought. A .com.bd you already have can be connected to your store on a paid package.
- Only with a store. Domains are sold to stores on eCommerce Autopilot, never on their own. You can start a free store and buy the domain with it.
- Setting it up is done for you: DNS, https and privacy protection.
Common problems
- "… is not offered here." That extension cannot be bought here. Try .com or another one in the list.
- The price is missing next to a domain. Search again in a few minutes.
