What is my free store address?

Your free store address is the web address you chose when you made your store, in the form yourname.ecommerceautopilot.com. It is ready the moment the store is made, opens with https, and is free on every package.

Where to find it

Admin › Online store › Store design › Custom domain (অনলাইন স্টোর › স্টোর ডিজাইন › নিজের ডোমেইন). The page is called Your domain. Your free address is in the Free address box, marked Working. Click it to open your shop.

Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees this link.

How it works

You choose the first part of the address in the Web address box when you create your store. eCommerce Autopilot adds .ecommerceautopilot.com after it.
Your shop opens at that address, for example https://rangdhanu-fashion.ecommerceautopilot.com.
Your admin panel is at the same address with /admin at the end, for example https://rangdhanu-fashion.ecommerceautopilot.com/admin.
The secure padlock (https) works from day one. You do not need to set anything up.
Package emails, such as trial and renewal reminders, link to the Package & billing page on this address.

Example: "Rangdhanu Fashion" chose rangdhanu-fashion at sign-up. The shop is at rangdhanu-fashion.ecommerceautopilot.com, and the owner shares that link on the Facebook page from the first day.

Good to know

The free address is yours for as long as the store exists. Each address belongs to one store only.
It keeps working after you add your own domain. Your shop then opens on both.
There is no button in the panel to change the free address. Choose it carefully at sign-up.
Your own domain, like rangdhanufashion.com: a domain you buy here (Buy a domain on the same page) works on every package, Start Free too. A domain from another company can be connected only on a paid package that includes it.

Common problems

You forgot your address. Look in your browser history for ecommerceautopilot.com, or ask the eCommerce Autopilot team.
The shop does not open. Check the spelling: small letters, and "-" where you put it, for example rangdhanu-fashion, not rangdhanufashion.
