"Present but no activity" lists people who were at work by the card machine but did no work in the app that day. It checks today (once the person has been in for 2 hours) and the 2 days before.
Where to find it
- Store owner (Super Admin): on the CEO dashboard. Needs you now shows a line like "2 people were at work but did no work in the app (today and the last 2 days)". The list has its own card right beside Needs you now on a wide screen (under it on a phone), and scrolls inside the card when it is long. When nobody is idle, the card is not shown and Needs you now takes the whole row.
- Admin, Manager, Production Manager and Marketing Manager: on their own dashboard, the first link under Admin › My workspace, with a See who button.
How it works
A person is listed for a day when attendance shows them Present, Half day or Worked on day off, and nothing they did in the app that day counts as work for their department:

Each row shows the name, the job, Last activity and a tag for each idle day (Today, Yesterday or the date). People idle on more days come first.
Example: at Rangdhanu Fashion a sewing operator punched in at 9:00 and submitted no work by 11:00. From 11:00 they show with the Today tag. When they submit their first piece, they drop off the list.

Nobody sees themselves, and the store owner is never listed.
Good to know
- Today waits 2 hours. Someone who just came in is not flagged.
- A login is needed. Work is matched to the login on the person's staff profile. Sellers also count by orders and daily numbers on their pages. Someone with neither is not listed; the box says how many present days "could not be checked".
- It is a hint, not proof. Some work happens away from the app. Ask the person before you act.
- Click a name to open their staff profile (or their factory work or attendance, depending on what you may see).

- Someone works but is listed. Check their staff profile is linked to their login.
