How do I fill in My profile?

Open My profile, fill in every empty box and press Save my profile. You can fill in empty details and change your photo yourself. Once a detail is filled, the office (Super Admin or Admin) changes it.

Where to find it

Click your name or photo at the top right of the admin panel, then My profile (আমার প্রোফাইল). It is in this account menu, not in the left-hand menu. On a phone, tap My Account in the bar at the bottom.

Everyone who signs in to the store's admin panel has it, from the owner down. You only ever see and change your own profile here.

Step by step

Open My profile. Boxes still to fill are marked Missing.
Add Your photo: a clear photo of your face (JPG, PNG or WEBP). A big phone photo is made smaller by itself.
Fill in your First name and Last name.
Under How to reach you, fill in your Mobile number and Email address.
Fill in your Present address.
For Emergency contact, write the person's name and their phone number, for example "Karim (brother) 01XXXXXXXXX".
Fill in your Date of birth and NID number (digits only).
Under Salary payment, choose Paid by (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Bank account) and write the number the salary goes to. For a bank, write the account number, bank and branch.
Press Save my profile. The page tells you how many things are left.

Good to know

What counts. Nine things, each the same weight: photo, full name, mobile, email, present address, emergency contact, date of birth, NID number and salary payment number. The store owner is not paid a salary, so the owner has eight.
Filled boxes are locked for staff. A filled box shows "Checked by the office — ask Super Admin or Admin to change it." The office changes it on your staff profile. Super Admin and Admin can change their own filled boxes here.
The photo can always be changed. It goes on your staff profile and your login, so the top bar, the phone menu and the staff pages all show the same photo. If the photo cannot be taken, the rest of the form is still saved.
NID and salary numbers are private. Only you and Super Admin / Admin see the full number. Anyone else sees dots and the last few digits.
The office sets the rest. Your salary, role, card ID and duty times are not on this page and do not count.
One profile per store. If you work in two stores, fill in My profile in each. Only your name and photo are shared.
The bar at the top. "Complete your profile" shows on every admin page until you reach 100%. Complete now takes you to the first missing box.

Common problems

"Type a mobile number with digits only." Remove letters. Spaces and dashes are fine, and Bangla digits (০১৭…) are turned into 0–9 by themselves.
The photo or mobile is not saving. See My profile photo or mobile number is not saving.
"Write the person's name and their phone number." The emergency contact needs both.
"Choose bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank." Pick Paid by before you save the salary number.
