The Complete your profile bar reminds you to fill in your own details. It sits under the top bar on every admin page until your profile is 100% done, then it disappears by itself. Nothing is blocked while it shows.
Where to find it
Everyone who works in your store's admin panel sees it about their own profile, from the store owner down. Customers never see it.
The button on the bar opens My profile (আমার প্রোফাইল). You can also open it yourself: click your name or photo at the top right, then My profile. On a phone, tap My Account in the bar at the bottom.
How it works
The bar shows:
- a ring with your percentage;
- Complete your profile and, for example, "66% done · 3 things left";
- a Complete now button that opens My profile at the first missing detail;
- the line "Accounts with incomplete profiles may be blocked."
On your dashboard the bar is bigger and lists what is still missing under Still missing. Each item opens its own box on My profile.
The checklist, each item the same weight:

The store owner has no salary, so their list has 8 items instead of 9.
Example: a sewing operator at Rangdhanu Fashion has filled in 6 of 9 items. The bar says "66% done · 3 things left". She presses Complete now, adds her photo, date of birth and bKash number, and presses Save my profile. The bar is gone.
Good to know
- It cannot be closed. It goes away only at 100%.
- Nothing is blocked today. The warning line is a warning only.
- Fill in empty boxes yourself. You can always add an empty detail and change your photo. A detail that is already filled is changed by the store owner or an Admin.
- Only what you can fill counts. Salary, role, card ID and duty times are set by the office and never lower your percentage.
- Each store is separate. If you work in two stores, fill in your details in each. Only your name and photo are shared by your login.
- Private numbers. Your NID and salary numbers show in full only to you, the store owner and the Admin. Others see them masked.
Common problems
- I cannot change my phone number. It is already filled. Ask the owner or an Admin to change it on your staff profile.
- The bar still shows after saving. Read the Still missing list on your dashboard. Something is still empty.
