What do the green, amber and red badges mean?

07 Nov 2026 2 min read বাংলায় পড়ুন

Green means the customer usually takes their parcels, so it is OK to ship. Amber means call and confirm first. Orange means take an advance. Red means it is better not to ship. Blue means there is no result yet.

Where to find it

The badges sit next to phone numbers on Website orders (also the order list on the classic store dashboard), Incomplete orders, Seller orders, Courier & parcels and CRM › Customers. Hover over a badge to see its advice, or click it for the full record. They show while the customer fraud check is on in Admin › Administration › Security › Customer fraud check.

How it works

The badge shows the share of finished parcels the customer received, and the count, for example 92% 11/12. It then picks a level:

Badge Colour Received What to do
Safe Green 85% or more OK to ship
Low risk Light green 70–84% OK to ship
Medium risk Amber 50–69% Confirm by phone first
High risk Orange 30–49% Take advance payment
Danger Red Under 30% Better not to ship
New customer Blue No parcels yet No delivery record yet
On the way Blue Parcels not finished No result yet

Example: a customer of Rangdhanu Fashion got 12 parcels in all. 11 were received and 1 was returned. The badge reads 92% 11/12 in green: Safe.

Good to know

  • Only finished parcels count. Parcels still on the way are left out of the %. The pop-up says how many are still on the way.
  • BD Courier's own level. When BD Courier sends its own risk level for a number, the badge uses that level instead of the % ranges above.
  • Fake orders raise the level. If the customer has an order marked Fake in your shop, the badge shows at least High risk.
  • High risk and Danger orders get a red mark on Seller orders, and Send to Courier asks Advance taken? first.
  • Without a BD Courier key the badge uses only your own shop's parcels. A customer new to your shop then shows New, even if they ordered from other shops.

Common problems

  • A badge shows "···" for a long time. The record is still loading. Reload the page if it stays.
  • A badge shows "?". The record could not be loaded, often because the internet dropped. Reload the page.
