Yes. eCommerce Autopilot support can open your admin only while you allow it, each visit lasts one hour at most, and every visit is shown to you. You can end it at any moment with Turn off now.
Where to find it
Admin › Administration › Security › Support access (প্রশাসন › নিরাপত্তা › সাপোর্ট অ্যাক্সেস). Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees this page.
How it works
- Off unless you turn it on. Support access starts Off. Support can open your admin only after you press Allow for 24 hours, 3 days or 7 days, and only until the time shown.
- One hour per visit. Each time support opens your admin, the visit lasts at most one hour. After that they are signed out on their next page.
- No "remember me". A support visit never keeps a lasting sign-in on their computer.
- A banner on every page. During a visit, every admin page shows a banner saying they are in your store's admin as eCommerce Autopilot support, until what time, and that the owner sees the visit. It has a Leave button that ends the visit.
- You can stop it at once. Turn off now ends support access and any open visit; support is signed out on their next page.
- Support cannot change your choice. During a visit, the Support access page is closed to them, so they cannot switch access on, make it longer or hide anything.
- Every visit is kept. The Support visits list shows who came, when, and when the visit ended.
What support can see and do
Support signs in as your owner login. That means they can see and change the same things you can, so they can check settings, orders or pages the way you would. Whatever they change is saved under your login.
You do not give them your password, and they never learn it.
Example: "Rangdhanu Fashion" allows support for 24 hours. A support person opens the admin at 11:00 AM, fixes a setting and presses Leave at 11:20 AM. The owner sees the visit, with the name and both times, under Support visits.
Good to know
- Allow only when you need help, and choose the shortest time that works. Most problems need 24 hours.
- Turn it off when you are done. It also turns off by itself at the time shown.
- Never send your password to anyone who says they are support. Support access is the way in, and you control it.
