Open Support access: the Support visits list at the bottom shows every time eCommerce Autopilot support opened your admin, newest first, with who it was, when it started and when it ended.

Admin › Administration › Security › Support access (প্রশাসন › নিরাপত্তা › সাপোর্ট অ্যাক্সেস), box Support visits (সাপোর্ট ভিজিট).
Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees this page.
How it works
Each line in Support visits shows:
- the name of the support person who opened your admin;
- the date and time the visit started;
- on the right, either ended and the time it ended, or in your admin now while the visit is still going.
The list shows the latest 20 visits. When there has been none, it says "No support visits yet."
After a visit, you are told. For two days after support opens your admin, a blue note at the top of your admin pages says "eCommerce Autopilot support opened your admin on" and the date and time, with a Support access → link to this page.
Example: the owner of "Rangdhanu Fashion" signs in and sees the blue note "eCommerce Autopilot support opened your admin on 04 Nov, 11:00 AM". She opens Support access and finds the visit: the support person's name, started 04 Nov 2026, 11:00 AM, ended 11:20 AM.
Good to know
- A visit ends when support presses Leave, after one hour at most, when your allowed time ends, or when you press Turn off now, whichever comes first.
- Visits stay in the list after you turn support access off.
- Want to end a visit that shows "in your admin now"? Press Turn off now on the same page. Support is signed out on their next page.
- Changes during a visit are saved under your owner login, because support signs in as you.
Common problems
- A visit I did not expect. Visits can happen only while support access is Allowed. Press Turn off now, and write to the eCommerce Autopilot team with your Store ID to ask what was done.
- The list is empty but I allowed access. Support has not opened your admin yet. A visit appears the moment they do.
