Steadfast, Pathao and RedX have a live connection: you save your own keys and parcels are booked and tracked from the panel. Any other courier, such as CarryBee, works without a connection: you bring its parcels in from a file and set their status by hand.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › Sales Department › Courier & parcels, then press Couriers & keys. Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees this button.

Every store starts with Steadfast switched on, Pathao and RedX switched off, CarryBee already in the list as a by-file courier, and Factory pickup for orders the customer takes from the factory. You can add any other courier by name.
Each courier that is switched on gets its own tab on the Courier & parcels page, in its own colour. The All couriers tab shows them together.
Good to know
- Each store uses its own courier accounts. Your keys are saved for your shop only and are never shared with another store.
- Every card on Couriers & keys shows Keys saved or No keys, how many parcels that courier has, and a Test connection button for the live ones.
- A courier with parcels cannot be removed, only switched off, so its history stays.
- Courier & parcels is part of ERP. After the free trial it needs a package that includes "Courier tabs & panel match".
Common problems
- A courier's tab is missing. Switch it on with Use … on its card and press Save.
- Test connection says the keys are not saved yet. Fill in the keys on that courier's card and save first.
