Business history is the owner's long view of the business: one row per month, from the first month the panel has data up to today. Each row shows the month's orders and sales, ad spend and the salaries paid that month.
Where to find it
Admin › ERP › Accounts Department › Business history (হিসাব বিভাগ › ব্যবসার ইতিহাস).
Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees this link and can open the page. No tick on the Users page opens it for anyone else, not even Money overview (owner).
How it works
The page opens on Lifetime: every month from the first one with data. Use the date button at the top to look at fewer months. The page always counts whole months.
At the top you see the totals for the chosen months: Sales (with the number of orders), Salaries paid and Ads.
Below that, Sales by month is a small bar chart, oldest month on the left. Then the table, newest month first:

How a month's sales are picked. The panel can count a month's sales in more than one way: the orders your sales team entered (cancelled ones left out), or the courier parcels booked that month that were delivered. It shows the one with the biggest amount, because that source saw most of the month. The small grey word under the month name tells you which source was used, for example "ERP" or "courier (delivered)".
Click a month's salary amount to open that month in Salaries paid.
The tabs
- Overview: the month-by-month table described above.
- Salaries paid: every salary paid in the chosen months, By month and By person (with how many months each person was paid), plus totals per department. Filter by department, by person, or by Working now / Left (inactive).
- Sellers by month, Old orders and Costs & assets hold older records from before the store used the panel. A store that started on the panel sees them empty.
Good to know
- A month with no sales, salaries or ad spend is left out of the table.
- Example: "Rangdhanu Fashion" opens Business history in its eighth month. It sees eight rows, and can compare this month's sales and salary bill with its first month in one look.
