You pay only for what the AI really does in your store. Each answer, product page, SEO text or teaching step is counted with its cost. AI Usage & bills shows this month's cost in taka, part by part and day by day, and one AI bill is made for each month on the 1st of the next month.
Where to find it
Admin › Autopilot AI › AI Usage & bills (AI ব্যবহার ও বিল). Only the store owner (Super Admin) sees it.
How it works
- AI cost this month — the total so far in ৳, and how many AI answers and jobs.
- Where the AI was used — the cost per part: Customer replies (live chat & inbox), 1-Click AI Products, SEO writer, Teaching the AI, and others as they come.
- Day by day — the cost of each day.
- Monthly AI bills — each month's bill and its state: Pay by a date, Paid, Forgiven or Overdue.
- Pick another month at the top right to see the last 6 months.
Each job's cost is worked out from what the AI really used for it, as counted by the AI company, and shown in taka. A short answer costs very little; reading a long PDF costs more.
The monthly bill
- On the 1st of each month, last month's AI bill is made, rounded up to a whole taka. A month with no AI use has no bill.
- Pay it by the date shown in Pay by.
- Once your payment is recorded, the bill shows Paid.
- If it is not paid in time, it shows Overdue and Autopilot AI pauses in your store until it is paid. See What happens if the AI bill is not paid?
Good to know
- The AI bill is separate from your package. Your package price does not change with AI use.
- Using your own AI key? That use is listed "with your own AI key (paid to your AI company, not here)" and is not on your bill.
- Want to spend less? Teach clear, short answers, and set inbox answers to Only outside office hours. You can also turn the AI off at any time.
