If you already have your price list, product details, delivery and return policy or FAQ in a file, upload it. In Upload your knowledge, choose the file and press Upload. The AI reads it and writes down what it learned in What your AI knows.
Where to find it
Admin › Autopilot AI › Teach your AI, card Upload your knowledge (আপনার তথ্য আপলোড করুন). Anyone who can open Teach your AI can upload.
Step by step
- Open Teach your AI and find Upload your knowledge.
- Choose a file: PDF, Word (.docx), text (.txt, .md) or CSV, up to 10 MB.
- Press Upload. The file shows The AI is reading it…
- A long file can take a few minutes. You can leave the page; the reading goes on.
- Open the page again later. The file shows Learned N things and a short summary of what it was about.
- Check the new items in What your AI knows. Items that came from a file carry a 📄 mark.
Good to know
- Removing a file removes what the AI learned from it. Press remove beside the file and confirm.
- Uploading a newer price list? Remove the old file first, so the AI does not keep two prices.
- Excel sheets: save them as CSV first. Old Word files (.doc): save them as .docx or PDF.
- Clear files read best: typed text, one product or rule per line, prices written out in full.
- Cost: reading a file counts under "Teaching the AI" in AI Usage & bills. A long file costs more than a short one.
Common problems
- "The AI could not read this document. Try a clearer file." The file may be a blurry scan or empty. Upload a clearer copy, or type the key points in the chat.
- The file still says it is reading after 10 minutes. Remove it and upload it again. If it keeps happening, split it into smaller files.
- The AI learned something wrong. Press ✎ on that item and correct it, or 🗑 to remove it.
