Autopilot AI is the AI built into every eCommerce Autopilot store. It answers your customers, writes product pages from a phone photo, writes SEO titles and descriptions, and learns your products, prices and rules from you. You do not need an AI key or an account with any AI company: it works as soon as your store has it.
Where to find it
Admin › Autopilot AI — its own section near the top of the sidebar, right under My workspace:
- 1-Click AI Products — for anyone who may add products.
- Teach your AI — for the owner, the Admin, and anyone given the Teach the AI (Autopilot AI) feature.
- AI Usage & bills — for the store owner (Super Admin) only.
What it does today

How it works
Everything the AI says to customers comes from your shop: what you taught it in Teach your AI, your phone numbers and delivery charges, and your latest 80 products with prices and links. It is told never to invent prices, stock or offers. When it is not sure, it says a person from your team will answer and leaves the chat to your sellers.
Each time the AI works, its real use is counted for your store, part by part. You see the cost in AI Usage & bills, and you get one AI bill a month.
Good to know
- No key needed. A store can still use its own AI company account instead, as an advanced choice for the owner.
- You stay in charge. The owner can turn every AI feature off in AI Usage & bills at any time.
- Pay the monthly bill on time. If the AI bill is not paid by its date, Autopilot AI pauses in your store until it is paid.
