How do I teach Autopilot AI about my shop?

08 Nov 2026 2 min read বাংলায় পড়ুন

Open Teach your AI and write to the AI as you would explain your shop to a new seller: prices, delivery times, return rules, how to greet customers. The AI writes down what it learned, and from then on it answers your website chat and your inbox that way.

Where to find it

Admin › Autopilot AI › Teach your AI. The store owner and the Admin have it. A Manager or Marketing Manager can be given the Teach the AI (Autopilot AI) feature in their login.

Step by step

  1. Open Teach your AI. Stay on the Teach tab.
  2. Write one thing in the box, for example: "Delivery inside Dhaka takes 1–2 days, outside Dhaka 2–4 days." You can write in Bangla, English or Banglish.
  3. Press Send. The AI answers and shows what it did, for example Learned 1, changed 0, forgot 0.
  4. Keep going: one price, one rule or one ready answer at a time works best.
  5. Check the What your AI knows list on the same page. Everything the AI uses is there.

What you can teach

  • Ready answers: "If someone asks whether we have cash on delivery, say yes, all over Bangladesh."
  • Facts: prices, sizes, fabrics, delivery charges, office hours, where the shop is.
  • Rules: "Never give a discount in chat", "Always ask for the customer's phone number", "Answer politely and briefly".

To change something, just say it: "The sofa cover is now 1,950 taka." The AI updates the old fact. To remove one, say "Forget the Eid offer", or press Remove on it in the list.

Good to know

  • It already knows some things by itself: your phone numbers, delivery charges and your latest 80 published products with prices and links.
  • Faster ways: press 🎤 and speak, or upload your price list or policy as a file.
  • Clear chat empties the conversation only. What the AI learned stays.
  • It costs a little. Teaching uses the AI too; it is shown as "Teaching the AI" in AI Usage & bills.
