Press 🎤 in Teach your AI, say what you want the AI to know, and press it again. The AI writes your words down and they are sent like a typed message. Speaking is often quicker than typing, especially on a phone.
Where to find it
Admin › Autopilot AI › Teach your AI, the 🎤 button next to the message box on the Teach tab. Anyone who can open Teach your AI can use it.
Step by step
- Open Teach your AI on your phone or computer.
- Press 🎤. The first time, the browser asks to use the microphone: allow it.
- Speak while it shows Listening… press again to stop. Bangla, English or a mix is fine.
- Press 🎤 again. It shows Writing down what you said…
- Your words appear as your message and the AI answers, the same as when you type.
- Check the result in What your AI knows. If a word came out wrong, correct it by typing.
Good to know
- One topic per recording works best, for example the prices of one product line, or your return rule.
- Speak in a quiet place, close to the phone. Prices and numbers come out right more often when said slowly.
- Recordings are up to 10 MB, which is several minutes of speech.
- Cost: writing down your voice and learning from it both count under "Teaching the AI" in AI Usage & bills.
Common problems
- "This browser cannot record voice." Use an up-to-date Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox, and open the panel over https (your store's normal address).
- Nothing happens when you press 🎤. The microphone was blocked. Allow it in the browser's site settings (the lock icon beside the address) and try again.
- "The AI did not answer. Try again in a minute." Try once more; if it keeps happening, see Autopilot AI is not working.
